Introducing Swiftmail!

Posted by on January 23, 2015

Swiftmail is the next generation of professional address service, giving a virtual business address with secure, online access to your post, 24/7, wherever you are.

For less than the cost of a PO box, your business post can be scanned and available to you via our secure online server and easy-to-use Swiftmail account.  And with a range of options and add-ons, you can get all the support you need to make your business develop and grow.

For our first 100 customers we're offering a registered company address with every scan and store mailbox.

For our first 50 customers we are offering free scan and store (normal cost 70p/item) for all items up to a maximum of 10/month, for a period of 6 months.

For our first 30 customers who are interested in a website, we are offering up to 5 free business email addresses!

With a Swiftmail account our staff will sign for letters and make sure your post is available via your online account, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you're out of the office a lot, or travel regularly, it can be difficult to keep track of post - especially when you have post which needs signing for, or packages which need to be taken in.  Many of our customers find it beneficial to separate home and business as well, and we can offer a free registered business address service as part of our limited offers.

You’ll be able to catch up with your post on your smartphone, at weekends, while you're travelling, anywhere and any time via our secure online portal. The same technology is available to you to manage and store all of your company documents, so you’ll never need to worry about losing important papers again.

If you'd like to find out more about our new Swiftmail Mailbox, please head over to our brand new website!
